We aim to keep the activity level high, no sitting down for us. Hundreds of kids have enjoyed our large, cheerful and best equiped center in San Diego.

Scouts

Troop and Den leaders,this is the easiest program to arrange, and you don't have to train yourself or participate in the activity.

Come experience the fun and challenge of gymnastics

BROWNIE
Sports and Games

"Sports and games are a great way to give your body exercise, to make friends, and learn how to work with other girls".

Gymnastics is a sport where you develop skills individually. It involves strength, flexibility and coordination.

  • Learn to perform a forward and backward roll.
  • Practice the basics of a cartwheel. Develop the feeling of moving like a "wheel"  using an alternate hand and foot placement.
  • Try a headstand or handstand with the help of a coach.

GirlSports

Learn and improve the following: stretching, throwing, catching, kicking, volleying and striking skills using a paddle or racket.

JUNIOR

Sports Sampler

"Playing sports is fun and it helps you build a strong body and a quick mind."

Fee: $6 per girl, ten person minimum

Date: By appointment, year round
